"Came to this program because my mental health tanked to its lowest point. Since starting the program, I’ve become more aware, knowledgeable and understanding of my emotions, my thoughts and what others may be thinking or feeling. I’ve learned many great things and skills to use going forward in my life."

Outstanding care
"Thank you so much for everything. My son should only be at MYR tops two weeks and then he will be home. He really speaks highly of you both and I can't thank you enough for all the work you put in to help these kids. There is no handbook for this and I believe this was life changing for him."

I can't praise you all enough.
"Dietary has been wonderful. The selection and variety of food and drink is exceptional. Portion size is very generous, and cleanliness is ten out of ten. Unit 3 is spotless. They are right on the mark either prepping for a new patient or maintaining the unit with the existing patients. Unit 3 staff are exceptional. They are always right there for any need that may arise. They all go beyond their duties to make sure the unit is kept under control. Fuller Hospital should be proud to call them great employees. The nursing staff also needs praise. They are always there to deliver regular medications or to be sure any changes in medications are in the computer before dispensing them. Most of all, Dr. McGuire is without hesitation the most kind, caring, professional psychiatrist I have ever been in company with. She is compassionate and makes time for each patient and their needs always. Dr. McGuire helped me so much in such a short amount of time. I have been treated for my depression and anxiety for over twenty years and only now have I found my true diagnosis. Last but not least, the unit manager has the unit running like clockwork. He is present on weekends, holidays and when patients become unruly. My experience here has been surprisingly so very nice. I can't praise you all enough."

Fuller Hospital was a stepping stone in my life that I'll always remember.
"I'll start by saying, my life at Fuller Hospital has changed my life in many ways. I have suffered from mental illness my whole life and the patients and help this place offers is unbelievable. All the staff and nurses take great care of us, they are fair and willing to take the next step in our treatment. I have learned a lot as far as coping skills and ways to deal with life at the same time. Fuller Hospital is a structured environment committed to helping people and change lives. My stay at Fuller was welcoming and comfortable. I can guarantee that the next patient that walks through these doors will be greeted with respect and compassion. Fuller Hospital was a stepping stone in my life that I'll always remember. It has opened my eyes to a lot of things in life, and the level of care that Fuller offered and gave me has forever changed my life."

You are amazing people
"Upon my departure I would like to share my experience at Fuller Hospital. I've been hospitalized more times than I care to talk about but feel I need to share this particular one. I have nothing but positive things to say. I am emotionally, mentally and spiritually feeling ready as I prepare to leave because of staff and counselors. With my clinicians, we reviewed my exit plan and I feel ready. Groups have made a perfect impact. I will carry the knowledge an refer back to my packets to reinforce what I have learned."

I am truly grateful.
I wanted to send you a quick message to let you know how well Tatiana is doing since her discharge from Fuller. She is more verbal and social, more easily redirected and definitely has more energy. She has been able to go on short outings with me and a staff member in my car. She is working a few hours helping with the cats at Petco. She has gone swimming at the YMCA. Please thank everyone on the team for me for all you did to make this possible. I know the reality is she may be back someday for an "adjustment", but I am truly grateful.
