Adult Partial Hospitalization Program: Why Choose Fuller Hospital?
Living with a mental health condition or substance use disorder can be overwhelming. You may feel stuck and unsure how to make positive changes. The adult partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Fuller Hospital equips you with the tools to navigate your challenges and find growth.
The program is for adults 18 and older dealing with substance use disorders and mental health disorders, including trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and bereavement. We help you grow and unlock your best self with an in-depth day treatment program.
We’re here to help you improve and gain the skills necessary to handle life’s difficult situations. At our adult PHP, you step away from the noise of your daily life and focus entirely on healing. You return home each evening so you can maintain your connection with your loved ones and other responsibilities.
Highlights of the adult partial hospitalization program include:
- Ownership of your treatment: You aren’t just a patient here. You’re an active partner in your healing. We work with you to develop a care plan and set goals you can achieve and celebrate.
- Empathetic staff: We’re invested in your mental health and enjoy developing connections with the people we care for.
- Culture of active listening: We foster a group therapy environment where our staff and participants listen carefully and learn from each other. This open dialogue helps us uncover what truly matters to you.
- Warm and friendly environment: Your peace of mind is a priority for us, which is why we maintain inviting and welcoming spaces where you can feel at ease.
- Virtual therapy options: We recognize that not everyone can join us in person. You can choose to join virtually or combine virtual and in-person care.
- Discharge planning: Our support includes working out a clear plan for when you leave our program. We coordinate your outpatient appointments and fill out paperwork for insurance and work. We can also direct you to any needed resources, such as food and transportation assistance.
